How long will it take to get my flag?
Once an order has been placed, it will typically take 2 business days to send via US Postal Service, First Class. It may take up to seven business days for your order to be shipped. We appreciate your patience and will work to get your products out as soon as possible!
What happens if we cannot fulfill your order?
We will contact you immediately if you order a product that is no longer in stock or is otherwise currently unavailable. A substitute product may be suggested to replace the unavailable product, we will order the product if possible (which will delay your order delivery), or refund the unavailable product from your order.
Can I get a refund?
Orders may only be refunded if there was an error in your order that was Celebration Flags' fault, and if we cannot fix the issue otherwise. In order to receive a refund, you must return all products in the condition you received it, at our cost. Refunds will only be approved within one week of the product ship date.
